These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bat111 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). You must immediately notify bat111 if any of your registered details change, including your name, address, email address, mobile number, or payment method. bat111 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account information up to date.

You agree to use bat111 solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to access your account.

Where prohibited activity is identified, bat111 may, at its absolute discretion, immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all associated wagers and bonuses, withhold or confiscate account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities. Such actions do not limit any other rights or remedies available to bat111 under this Agreement or applicable law.

All financial transactions on bat111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bat111 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. bat111 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Where a third-party payment source is identified, the associated transaction will be reversed, the funds returned to the source, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat111, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if bat111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bat111 does not guarantee the outcome of any game or sporting event. Gambling involves inherent risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager, and bat111 accepts no liability for any such losses. You are solely responsible for your own gambling decisions.

bat111 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, power failures, acts of government, or any other force majeure event.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and bat111 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of bat111. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and bat111 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under rules agreed between the parties, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The failure of bat111 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by bat111 in writing.
